Shipping
Q. What are your shipping options?
A. We offer standard shipping for all orders. If you need your gear or sauces faster, also provide a rush shipping option for an additional cost at checkout.
Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. If you select rush shipping your order will arrive sooner, usually within 2-3 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
Q. What is your return policy for apparel?
A. We want you to be happy with your gear. If your hoodie, t-shirt, or hat doesn't fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or in-store credit, provided that the item is in new, unworn condition.
Q. Can i return "The Penalty Box" if I change my mind?
A. You can return "The Penalty Box" within 30 days of delivery, as long as the box has not been opened. Once the seal on the box is broken, it is considered a final sale and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Q. What is the return policy for "The One-Timer"?
A. The return policy for "The One-Timer" is the same as for the "The Penalty Box." You can return it within 30 days if the box is completely unopened and the original packaging is intact. Due to the exclusive trading cards inside, once the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned.
